Cash back is a new way to earn money every time you shop through Parallel. When you buy eligible products, we’ll give you a percentage of your purchase back in cash - no gimmicks, just real savings.
How does it work?
Shop your favorite products through Parallel.
If an item is eligible, you’ll see the cash back amount listed.
Complete your purchase as usual.
Once your order is confirmed by the brand, your cash back will be added to your Parallel Wallet.
Where can I see how much I’ve earned?
You can track all your pending and confirmed cash back in your Parallel rewards, located in your profile.
Why did my pending cash back balance go down?
If you cancel or return an order, the cash back for that item will be removed from your pending rewards balance.
When do I receive the cash back?
Cash back is typically confirmed within 30–90 days after your purchase (depending on the brand’s return window). You’ll see it as “pending” until it’s verified, then it moves to “available” and can be withdrawn.
How do I cash out my rewards?
Once your balance reaches the $20 minimum payout amount, you can transfer your cash back to you via PayPal - fast and secure. Click here for more instructions on how to withdraw your rewards.
Which products are eligible for cash back?
Thousands of items are eligible! Look for the “Cash Back” label on product pages.
Can I still earn cash back if I use a coupon or promo code?
Yes! As long as the coupon code is listed on Parallel. Using off-site or unauthorized codes may void your cash back.
Do I need a special account to earn cash back?
Nope! If you have a Parallel account, you’re good to go. Just make sure you’re logged in when you shop.
Can creators earn cash back, too?
Yes! Creators can earn cash back on their purchases, on top of affiliate earnings from others shopping through their content.
What happens if I return an item?
If you return or cancel an order, the cash back for that item will be voided or removed from your profile rewards.
