There are five steps to complete your Parallel account setup:
Verify your email address.
Add a profile picture.
Add a bio to your profile.
Generate your measurements.
Create five approved posts.
How do I verify my email address?
After making your Parallel account, you will receive an email from us asking you to verify your account. If you don’t see this email in your inbox, please check your spam & junk folders.
To resend your verification email, complete the following steps.
Go to your Profile.
a. Click on your profile picture in the navigation bar to open your profile menu.
b. Click ‘View’ beside your name.
Click 'Verify Email Address'.
Click 'Send'.
How do I upload or update my profile picture?
To upload or update your profile picture, complete the following steps:
Go to your Profile.
a. Click on your profile picture in the navigation bar to open your profile menu.
b. Click ‘View’ beside your name.
Click ‘Edit Profile’.
Click on your profile picture.
Select your new profile image from the options provided and click ‘Done’.
Crop your new profile picture and click ‘Crop’ to save your new profile picture to your profile.
How do I edit my bio?
To edit your bio, complete the following steps:
Go to your Profile.
a. Click on your profile picture in the navigation bar to open your profile menu.
b. Click ‘View’ beside your name.
Click ‘Edit Profile’.
Click ‘Bio’, write your new bio, and click ‘Save’. Please ensure your bio adheres to our community guidelines.
