To delete a post on Parallel, complete the following steps: 

1. Click on your profile picture in the navigation bar to open your profile menu.
2. Click ‘View’ beside your username.

Click 'Delete Post' and a confirmation box will appear.

Click 'Delete' and your post will be deleted.
