The host sets the theme and selects the winners at the end of each challenge. Anyone can start a new challenge around a themed outfit. These challenges provide a fun way to engage with the Parallel community, with new ones launching daily—so be sure to check back often! Entering and winning challenges increases your exposure on the platform.
How do I enter Community Challenges?
To enter a Community Challenge, complete the following steps
Visit the Challenges Page.
Scroll down past the Brand Challenges to view the Community Challenges.
Click ‘View Challenge’ to view the challenge details and requirements.
Click ‘Enter Challenge’.
Choose a post that meets the challenge criteria you want to enter or create a new post if you don’t already have one.
Click ‘Submit Post’, and your post will be entered into the challenge.
What happens if I win a Community Challenge
If you are selected to win a Community Challenge, you will receive a notification, and the badge on your profile will be updated to reflect your achievement! Entering and winning challenges increases your exposure on the platform.
How do I make a Community Challenge?
To make a Community Challenge, complete the following steps:
1. Become a Creator by making a post.
2. Once you are a creator, open your profile menu by clicking on your profile picture in the navigation bar.
3. Click 'Challenges'.
4. Click ‘Create a Challenge’.
5. Choose your theme post for the challenge by either making a new post or picking an existing post.
6. Select a challenge name and write a description for your challenge.
7. Click ‘Create Challenge’.
8. Share your challenge with friends and other creators to get more entries.
9. After at least three people have entered, you can pick the challenge winners.
How do I select Community Challenge winners?
To select Community Challenge winners, complete the following steps:
1. Open your profile menu by clicking on your profile picture in the navigation bar.
2. Click 'Challenges'.
3. Find your Community Challenge and click ‘View Challenge’.
4. Click the ‘Pick Winners’.
5. Select the three challenge-winning posts.
6. Click ‘Submit’ to confirm your challenge winners.
